  • What is the typical wall assembly from inside to outside?
    The typical wall assembly includes drywall, metal studs filled with insulation, sheathing, a waterproof layer, furring strips, and then siding. This multi-layered approach ensures durability, energy efficiency, and weather resistance.
  • Which items are pre-assembled, and which are assembled on-site?
    We send modular wall panels pre-assembled with exterior finishes, rock wool insulation, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) where applicable. Windows, sanitary ware, flooring material, and trim are sent separately, QR-coded for easy identification and installation on-site.
  • Are the metal studs, insulation, and sheathing pre-assembled?
    Yes, the metal studs, insulation, and sheathing come already assembled together as part of the modular wall panels. This means that when the panels arrive, they are ready for installation, which speeds up the construction process and ensures consistent quality.
  • What type of drywall is used?
    Generally, we use 1/2" drywall, but we can supply customized thicknesses based on structural calculations to meet your specific needs.
  • What are the specifications for metal studs?
    For exterior walls, we use 6" deep studs, and for interior walls, we use 3.5" deep studs, both spaced at 16" on-center. These specifications ensure robust structural integrity.
  • What's included in the prebuilt modules?
    Windows: High-quality, energy-efficient windows that enhance both aesthetics and insulation. Doors (interior and exterior): Sturdy and stylish doors that ensure security and complement the design of your home. Door Handles: Elegant handles that add a touch of sophistication to your doors. Cabinetry: Durable and beautifully crafted cabinets that maximize your storage space. Tile: Premium tiles that are easy to clean and maintain, adding a sleek look to your interiors. Flooring Material: Top-grade flooring materials that are both attractive and durable. Countertop Material: High-quality countertops that offer a perfect balance of style and functionality. Plumbing Fixtures: Includes toilets, tubs, shower valves, shower handles, sinks, faucets, garbage disposals, and instant hot water at the kitchen sink, ensuring a complete and modern bathroom setup. Electric Fixtures: Includes lights, smoke detectors, and outlet covers, providing safety and convenience.     Refrigerator, Oven & Dishwasher: These can be selected and customized according to your preferences. HVAC Air Handler and HVAC Condenser: To be chosen based on your specific heating and cooling needs. Water Heater: Select the water heating solution that best fits your household requirements. Paint: Choose your preferred colors to match your unique style.
  • What options do we have for the materials in the modules?
    The shell and core of the system are standard, featuring a dry wall dry system. However, finishing items can be customized to suit your needs, ranging from low-cost options to luxurious finishes. For example, you can choose between budget-friendly laminate countertops or opt for elegant marble countertops.
  • How do we get replacement items if they break?
    All items we use are readily available in local US markets, ensuring easy replacement. For example, if a window handle breaks, you can purchase a replacement from any local hardware store or source it directly from our USA office.
